About Campana

How we keep times accurate

Mass times go stale on most websites because nobody owns them. Campana gives every time an owner, a source and a date.

1

Parishes come first

Verified parish staff edit their own schedule in the portal. Those times publish immediately, carry a “Parish” tag, and are never overwritten by anything automated.

2

A watcher reads the bulletin

Every week an AI reader checks each parish's bulletin, website and (when allowed) Facebook page. It quotes the exact sentence it read and proposes a change. Confident, well-sourced changes publish on their own; anything doubtful waits for a human.

3

A human reviews the rest

Changes that remove a Mass, disagree between sources or sound uncertain (“times may vary”) go to a review queue. Nothing uncertain ever goes live.

4

You can report a change

Spotted a wrong time? Every listing has “Report a change”. Reports go to the same queue, and a matching report raises the confidence of what the watcher found.

5

Every time shows its age

Each time shows where it came from and when it was last checked. Listings older than 45 days say so, so you can call ahead.
